This is a water color I did this morning!! ^_^ It turned out much better than expected.
I'm sorry that the picture is low quality, my scanner is broken so I have to take pictures. But in some ways it's better than a scanner.
Hunger Games and all the characters belong to Suzanne Collins.
However, I do ask that you ask my permission and get my response before using ANY of my art. The answer is most likely yes, but still ask. Also, I would like to be credited.
